«Ethereum Classic (ETC)» is cryptocurrency which resulted out of the hard fork of the Ethereum protocol. When Ethereum decided to perform a hard fork a part of the Ethereum community decided to stay with the old version of the protocol and rebranded the name to Ethereum Classic (ETC). Ethereum Classic is not in any form connected to the actual Ethereum Blockchain.
